These Terms of Service and any other rules posted on www.barelyxtensions.com constitute an agreement between us and you, the visitor, governing your access and use of all content and functionalities available at the Barely Xtensions website. 

By visiting the site, you are accepting and consenting to the practices described in the Terms of Service. We may modify the Terms of Service from time to time and your continued use of this site following such change shall signify your agreement to be bound by the modified Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of this Terms of Service, please do not use this website.

 

YOUR ORDER

 

Please read the following carefully about placing an order for goods on www.barelyxtensions.com.

  1. In order to make purchases through the site, you will be requested to register and provide personal details. In particular, you must provide your real name, phone number, email address and other requested information as indicated.

  2. When ordering items, you as the buyer will be required to provide payment details and represent and warrant that the payment details you provide upon ordering are both valid and correct. You must confirm that you are the person referred to in the billing information provided.

  3. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event, for example:

    1. We are unable to obtain authorization for payment

    2. The item ordered is out of stock

    3. The order placed is incomplete or inaccurate due to technical or other reasons beyond our control

 

PRICE

 

All prices listed on the site are in US (USD) dollars. For international orders, the bank that has issued your credit/debit card determines the exact exchange rate that you will be charged. Please note we are not liable whatsoever, for any discrepancies caused by exchange rate fluctuations. All prices and offers remain valid and as advertised. The price of a product displayed on this website at the time the order is accepted will be honored. All prices indicated on this website do not reflect any or all of the international duties, taxes, or other customs charges that the package may encounter when it arrives at its final destination. Please contact the customs agency officials to find out of all applicable taxes and duties (if any). Those charges vary greatly from country to country and will not be covered by Barely Xtensions.

 

PAYMENT

 

Payment for goods and shipping where applicable must be made at the time the order is placed through this website. Payment can be made by Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, Union Pay, debit or credit cards. In all cases, the contract between you and Barely Xtensions will not be completed and delivery will not occur until we are satisfied that the payment has cleared. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to Barely Xtensions, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

 

DISCOUNTS/
COUPONS

 

Only one promotional discount/coupon can be used per order. A promotional discount/coupon cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount. Promotional discounts/coupons are non-transferable, not for resale, and not redeemable for cash. Barely Xtensions reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel a discount offer at any time.

 

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

 

Please carefully review the shipping and delivery guidelines HERE before placing your order so you may choose the delivery option most suitable for you.

  1. There may be instances where shipping is delayed due to circumstances beyond our control once the shipping carrier has the package. Therefore, the exact time or day of delivery cannot be guaranteed once in the hands of the shipping carrier, and some rural or remote areas can take longer. If this occurs, Barely Xtensions is not liable for any shipping delays. 

  2. Barely Xtensions cannot be held accountable for packages in which the tracking information states the package has been delivered to your shipping address. Please contact the courier(s) in order to investigate this issue if this occurs.

  3. If your purchase is over the price of $65.00 USD, free shipping is automatically applied to the lowest level of shipping and may be combined at checkout. Free shipping cannot be used towards the expedited shipping options. 

  4. Both our Express Shipping methods (UPS 3-Day Select and UPS Next Day Air Saver) are available for the 48 contiguous states. P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses are not accepted. If an order is submitted using a P.O. Box or APO/FPO address, shipping will be delayed.

  5. After an order has been paid, the warehouse needs 1-3 business days to process your order. For Express Shipping methods, orders will ship the next business day. Orders placed before 2PM EST Monday- Friday will be shipped the next business day. Orders placed on Friday after 2PM EST will be shipped the following Monday. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

Barely Xtensions will not be liable for any loss, damages or penalty resulting from delay in delivery of the goods when such delay is due to causes beyond the reasonable control of Barely Xtensions, including without limitation, supplier delay, force majeure, act of God, labor unrest, pandemic, epidemic or fire. In any such event, the delivery date will be deemed extended for a period equal to the delay.

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

 

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you receive your Barely Xtensions and are not happy with how they look or feel, we offer refunds if packages are unopened. You will be responsible for your own return shipping costs. The shipping label amount will be deducted from your total refund. Refunds for any return also exclude the initial shipping cost paid to ship your package for U.S. customers. International customers will be subject to a $50 return shipping fee. You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your purchase.

To be eligible for a return, you will need a receipt of proof of purchase as well as an unopened product. Returns processed with a proof of purchase from www.barelyxtensions.com (receipt, invoice, order confirmation page, order details page, and/or order emails) will be refunded to your original payment method. 

Please note that any item purchased from Sally Beauty is not eligible for a refund.

 

CANCELLATION

 

Orders submitted cannot be canceled once accepted via confirmation email sent to you of acceptance of order. Generally, items ordered from this site are shipped out within 1-3 business days from the time that the order was submitted. To cancel an order placed before an acceptance email is generated, please contact customer service as soon as possible.

All content and materials available on Barely Xtensions, including but not limited to “look and feel” of the website, text, graphics, website name, code, images, button icons, compilations and logos, are the intellectual property of Barely Xtensions, and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. Any inappropriate use, including but not limited to the reproduction, distribution, display or transmission of any content on this website is strictly prohibited, unless specifically authorized by Barely Xtensions. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

 

Nothing contained in this Terms of Service shall be construed as creating any agency, partnership, or other form of joint enterprise between you and Barely Xtensions. Our failure to require your performance of any provision hereof shall not affect our full right to require such performance at any time thereafter, nor shall our waiver of a breach of any provision hereof be taken or held to be a waiver of the provision itself.

No failure to exercise and no delay on our part in exercising any of our rights, remedies, powers or privileges under this User Agreement and no course of dealing between you and Barely Xtensions shall be construed or operate as a waiver, nor shall any single or partial exercise of any right, remedy, power or privilege preclude any other or further exercise thereof or the exercise of any other right, remedy, power or privilege on our part.

This Terms of Service constitutes the entire and exclusive understanding and agreement between you and Barely Xtensions. You acknowledge and agree that this Terms of Service constitutes the complete and exclusive agreement between you and Barely Xtensions concerning your use of this website, and supersede and govern all prior proposals, agreements, or other communications.
